REIMBURSEMENT FORM
This form is required anytime you spend money on
behalf of MICAP. Click on the link above, print a
copy, fill it out, and attach your receipt.
Present this to the Finance Officer to receive reimbursement. |

Here is the new form 9 which is required to be filled
out by any non CAP member who is about to fly in a CAP
aircraft. As before these occurrences have to be
approved by FLWing before hand.

used for all training missions as well. To
prepare for training, please insure you have the
required documents ready to present at sign-in. |
