The daily Coastal Patrol flight operates
on a route beginning at the Marco Island Airport past Goodland to
Seminole Park, to Port of the Islands, Everglades City, Pavilion Key,
Indian Key, Cape Romano, along the shore to Big Marco Pass, from time to time extending
its operations up and down the coast. Over the years, numerous boaters
and aircraft crew members have been found and assisted by the Squadron. The Squadron also flies special missions
called by the Air Force in other areas. The Squadron provides emergency services transporting
medical technicians, lifesaving medicines and human organs for transplant.
When disaster strikes, such as a hurricane, the Marco Island Squadron
provides emergency communications systems, assistance in locating victims, evacuation

Senior member meetings are held every first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the CAP hangar on Mainsail Drive at Marco Island Executive Airport.
Cadets meet every Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
in the Hangar.
